In this guide, we'll show you how to set up the Access Control Readmission Restriction.
FLOW offers a feature that allows you to specify the duration, in minutes, that needs to pass before a customer can be readmitted to a venue following a successful visit.
The value is set to 60 minutes per default but you can amend it via the steps below.
Step-by-step guide
- From the home page, go to the System Configuration Module.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Manage Settings.
- Select 'Front of House' from the Category Dropdown and click on 'Search'.
- Search for 'Access control readmission restriction minutes. (Passback rule)' and click on 'Edit'.
- Enter the desired value and click on 'Save'.
- You can override this setting in 3 locations.
- Group overrides (you will need to create a group first).
Click on the Group Overrides tab of the setting and click 'Edit' next to the group you wish to override this setting for.
Enter the desired value and click on 'Save'. - Facility Override
Click on the Facility Overrides tab of the setting and click 'Edit' next to the group you wish to override this setting for.
Enter the desired value and click on 'Save'. - The settings above can be overridden by the 'Max uses' in the Access Control tab in the Activity Pricing Options (Booking or Fast Ticket). For instance, if the 'max uses' is 2, the customer will be able to enter twice with the pricing option token regardless of the value entered in the passback rule setting.
