Step-by-Step Guide
1. Visit the Online Booking Website

Go to your online booking website.

Select the desired facility from the homepage or search results.
2. Choose or Change Location (If Applicable)

By default, the customer’s home centre will be selected.

To book at a different facility (if their membership allows), click Change Location and select the preferred venue.
3. Select "Book an Activity"

Click on the Book an Activity tile to browse available activity types.
4. Choose Activity Type

Select the activity the customer wishes to book (e.g., swimming, fitness class, court hire, etc.).
5. Select Date and Time

Choose the date and time for the activity.

Click Book to proceed.
6. Select Ticket Type(s)

Choose the appropriate ticket type(s) (e.g., adult, child, concession).

Click Book Now to continue.
7. Add Extras and Payment

Add any optional extras if available (e.g., equipment hire).

Choose a payment method:

Use available account credit if applicable, or

Enter billing details for payment.

8. Agree to Terms and Pay

Tick the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions.

Click Pay Now to complete the booking.
✅ Booking Confirmed
The customer will see a confirmation screen and receive a booking confirmation via email.
