How to configure your Customer Settings?

Summary

This guide will help you configure Customer settings in the System Configuration module. For instance, you can decide if customers are allowed to change their profile photos or adjust other customer-related settings.


Step-by-Step Guide 

  1. Access the System Configuration Module:

    • From the home page, navigate to the System Configuration module.

  2. Open Settings:

    • Go to Settings > Manage Settings.

  3. Select Customer Settings:

    • From the category drop-down, select Customers.

  4. Edit Specific Settings:

    • Choose the setting you want to modify and click Edit.

Key Customer Settings

1. Customer Stats Widgets

  • Determine which widgets you want displayed on the Customer Summary tab.
  • You can choose to show any or all of the following:
    • Activity Time
    • Activity Breakdown
    • Centre Visits

2. Active Time Stat Widget

  • Select what data is displayed in the Active Time chart on the Customer Summary tab.
    • If 'Activity Template' is selected: Shows the customer’s activity time by template name (e.g., "18+ Open Gym").

    • If Activity Category is selected: Displays activity time by category name (e.g., "Gym Classes").

3. Allow Customer Profile Photo Management

  • Choose whether to allow customers to manage their own profile photo online.
    • Enable: Customers can upload and update their profile photos.
    • Disable: Customers cannot manage their photos.

4. Notification Reminder for Uploading Profile Photo

  • Set how customers are reminded to upload a profile photo. Options include:
    • Countdown: A notification will display on the customer’s profile for a specific number of days.
    • Indefinite: The notification remains until the customer uploads a photo.
    • Never: No notification is shown.

5. Days Until Profile Photo Reminder is Dismissed

  • If the reminder is set to Countdown, specify the number of days before the reminder is automatically dismissed by the system.

6. Toggle Customer Profile Photos

  • Enable or disable the customer profile photo feature.
    • If disabled: All profile photos will be deleted after 30 days. You can re-enable this feature within that time to cancel the deletion.
    • If enabled: Profile photo management will remain active for users.
