How can a customer redeem a package at the Front of House?

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Locate the Customer

  1. Search for the Customer in the Front of House system.
  2. Confirm that they have an active package with remaining sessions:
    • Go to the Packages tab to verify that the package has been purchased and check the number of sessions left.

2. Select the Activity

  1. Choose the activity that the package applies to (e.g., Zumba).

  2. Click on Book to proceed.

3. Complete the Booking

  1. Click Add to Order to add the activity to the customer’s order.

  2. Select Complete Order.

4. Apply the Package

  1. The system will automatically apply the package to the booking. If the customer prefers to pay for this session separately and save the package sessions for future use, click Remove to exclude the package.

  2. Click Complete to finalize the booking.

The booking is now complete, and the package has been successfully redeemed!
