Important Notes:
- By default, the membership renewal setting on the membership is configured as "Available Online & Offline".
- You will also need to adjust the renewal grace period setting in the System Configuration module. This determines the number of days before and after a membership ends during which a customer can renew their membership without incurring a joining fee.

Access the Membership Module
From the home page, navigate to the Memberships module. -
Locate Membership Types
Go to the Membership Types section. -
Edit the Desired Membership
- Find the membership type you wish to configure.
- Click on the 'Edit' button.
