Early access minutes allowed for fast tickets

Summary

This setting controls the duration, in minutes, before the commencement of the fast activity during which users can enter the venue using their activity booking token. By default, this is set to 5 minutes but can be adjusted to suit specific requirements. For instance, if the activity begins at 14:00 and you wish to allow customers to access the venue 15 minutes beforehand (to facilitate changing clothes, purchasing refreshments, etc.), you can modify this setting to 15 minutes.

In this guide, we will show you how to configure this setting and where it can be overridden.
