How to book a course online

Summary

This guide explains how to book a course through your Booking Website.
We’ll use the 8 Weeks Swim Beginner Course as an example, but the same process applies to any course.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log In

  • The customer will go to your Booking Website and log in with their account details.

  • They will click on the Home icon.

2. Access Courses

  • After selecting the relevant venue, they click on Book a Course.

3. Select the Course Category

  • They choose the relevant Course Category (in this example, "Courses").

4. Choose a Sub-Category

  • They select the appropriate Course Sub-Category.

5. View Course Details

  • They click on View Details for the course they want to book.

6. Start Booking

  • They scroll to the bottom of the page and click Book Now.

7. Add to Basket or Checkout

  • You have two options:

    • They click Add to Basket if they want to browse more activities. Then select Back to Home.

    • Click Check Out Now if you’re ready to complete your booking.


8. Choose a Payment Method

  • If they have credit, they can use it (partially or in full).

  • Otherwise, they enter their card/bank details to pay.

9. Confirm Payment

  • If paying fully with credit → click Confirm Booking.

  • If paying by card → click Pay [Amount] Now.

10. Booking Confirmation

  • A confirmation message will appear showing that checkout was successful.

  • Your booked courses will then appear alongside your other bookings.
