Summary
Customers may request to cancel a course at the Front Desk. You can process cancellations directly from the customer’s account.
⚠️ Important Notes
You cannot cancel individual sessions — only the entire course.
Once a course has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Step-by-Step Guide

Open the Bookings tab
Navigate to the Bookings tab within their account.

Locate the course
Find the course the customer wishes to cancel.

Cancel the course
Click Cancel to remove the entire course booking and click on 'Confirm Cancellation'.
A credit will automatically be added to the customer account.
