New Integration: Google Tag Manager (GTM)

You can now add your own Google Tag Manager container to the public end-user journeys:

Google Tag Manager (GTM) allows you to add and manage tracking tags on your public-facing pages without requiring code changes. Once configured, you can deploy tools such as:

  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Heatmaps
  • Marketing & Ad attribution
  • Cookie consent

Managing your bookings & Access control just got simpler

Family Access Made Easy: Parents can now switch between child profiles, so you can manage bookings and access facilities on their behalf.Giving members smoother navigation and stress-free access for the whole family!

Access Cards: Members cards now match the new design. If they don’t have linked accounts, you’ll see just your card—no extra buttons.

Account linking improvements

You can now add other adults, such as partners or carers, as linked admin accounts:

We have made it easier to manage your group by allowing you to create linked accounts for 'secondary' adults. This is perfect for sharing account access with a partner or childminder.

  • Quickly add a new admin account by entering their name, date of birth, and email address.
  • Choose the relationship to the account owner from a convenient drop-down list, such as 'partner' or 'nanny'.
  • View and manage all your linked accounts directly from your online profile. Note - Admins will be reasonable to manage their own bookings

Activities V2 Improvements:

  • We have added the ability to edit a specific future occurrence on the "Occurrences" tab within a schedule:
    • Cancel the occurrence
    • Edit the Resource for a specific occurrence
    • Edit the Instructor for a specific occurrence
    • Edit the Duration for a specific occurrence
  • You can now filter the "Occurrences" tab and "Invoicing" tab by:
    • Resource
    • Instructor
    • Status ("Occurrences" tab only)
  • Added a tooltip to the "Generate invoice" button when the option is not available to provide clear feedback.
  • Improved styling of the table of occurrences to improve clarity and readability.
  • Improved styling of the customer link to improve clarity and readability.

Payment system Improvements

Introduced enhanced checks for GoCardless payment system to ensure your membership data stays accurate and reflects the true state of a customer's payment. The system now identifies and flags memberships that remain active despite a disabled payment instruction.

Front of house & Facility calendar Improvements:

  • Improved the customer search experience in Front of House to make finding information smoother and more readable.
  • Added customer names directly on booking cards within the Resource Timeline / Facility Calendar.
  • Added the ability to show/hide cancelled bookings within the Resource Timeline / Facility Calendar.
  • Improved the layout of the facility calendar to help you view and manage more easily:
    • Improved the visual hierarchy by indenting child resources and giving them a distinct background colour so they are easier to tell apart from parent resources.
    • Updated the font colours for all resource names to improve readability across the calendar.
    • Refined the expand and collapse functionality to ensure a smoother experience when viewing your resource groups.

Performance Improvements:

  • Activity scheduler for online and front of house bookings now loads up to 80% faster with improved availability calculations.
  • Fixed an issue where non-members could incorrectly purchase member-only packages at no cost through the online booking system.
  • Fixed an issue where customer references were missing from the facility calendar waitlist.
  • Fixed a issue that was preventing parents and guardians from booking camp sessions for their dependents.
  • Fixed an issue where some block bookings were not correctly appearing in the facility calendar.
  • Fixed an issue where facility-specific course prices would change when items were added to the basket.
  • Fixed an issue to ensure customers receive booking credit if an organiser cancels an event, even after the usual cut-off time.
  • Fixed an issue in Activities V2 where schedules could incorrectly clash with themselves, preventing customers from booking sessions.
  • Fixed an issue in Activities V2 where cancelled sessions would reappear after a course or camp schedule was published.
  • Fixed an issue in Activities V2 for the email notification sent to customers when an activity is cancelled via the facility calendar.
  • Fixed an issue in Activities V2 that prevented users from making changes to published schedules.
