See how your referral programme is performing, and reward referrers for every kind of membership
Membership Referrals now opens on a performance dashboard, and referrer rewards can be set for each way a new member pays.
- See referrals, active referrers, how many referred members are still active, rewards, discounts and credit paid for any period, with your live offer at the top.
- Rank top referrers by referrals or by rewards, to spot unusually high totals.
- Set a different credit for recurring, fixed and scheduled sign-ups. Upfront memberships qualify after a number of days you choose, so annual sign-ups now earn the referrer a reward.
- By default the credit matches the referrer's membership: membership credit if they pay by Direct Debit, general credit they can spend if they don't. You choose when it expires.
- Available to every organisation using Membership Referrals. Offers published before this change keep their rules until you edit them.
