Accessibility improvements

We have enhanced our automated testing to make our customer-facing apps more accessible and easier for everyone to navigate:

  • Better keyboard support for navigating forms and menus.
  • Improved zooming so pages stay clear and usable up to 400% zoom.
  • Enhanced reliability with new automated scans across Bookings, My Account and Online Joining.

Rename 'Waiver' to 'Declaration'

A new glossary setting lets you change the term "Waiver" to "Declaration" throughout the platform, so your terminology matches your organisation's compliance and insurance needs.

Please speak to your account manager if you would like this enabled.
