Staff and customers can now leave the remaining sessions of a course or camp, instead of cancelling the whole booking
Until now a course or camp booking could only be cancelled in full, and not at all once it had started.
- A customer can leave the sessions they have not yet attended.
- Staff can do the same from the customer's record.
- Sessions already attended are unaffected.

Group owners can now remove a dependant, and admins can remove themselves, from their linked group online
Linked accounts can now be separated online, without a visit to reception.
- A group owner can remove a dependant from their group in My account.
- An admin can remove themselves from a group they belong to.
- Everyone affected is notified by email, and both accounts continue to exist on their own.

Memberships improvements
Fee exports now show that the export is running, so it is clear the download is on its way.
Starting an export from bulk actions previously gave no feedback until the file arrived.
- Progress is now shown while the export runs.
- It is clear the export has started and the download is on its way.

Platform improvements
Flow emails are now categorised as transactional or non-transactional, which helps important messages reach customers.
Each email Flow sends is now categorised correctly, so booking confirmations and other essential messages are handled separately from marketing.
We have made a set of accessibility improvements across My account, the bookings timetable and online joining.
These changes help customers using a screen reader, a keyboard, or a high zoom level.
- Dialogs now announce themselves correctly and keep keyboard focus inside them.
- The date picker and the skip link on the bookings site can now be used from the keyboard.
- Buttons and the password show and hide control are easier to tap.
- Colour contrast has been improved on the online joining payment screens.
- The bookings timetable and the online joining details page now work correctly at high zoom.
- The front of house dashboard is easier to move around with a keyboard.

Online Booking improvements
The class and ticketed timetables now have clearer filtering, so customers can find what they want more quickly.
Filtering on the bookings timetables has been redesigned.
- Filters are easier to find and to clear.
- The same design is used on both the class and ticketed timetables.
You can now set your bookings website to open on Browse by location for resource activities, so customers start by viewing the locations as a default as opposed to Browse by time.
Organisations can now choose how the resource bookings are first displayed. For those with multiple venues, this can be configured per venue if required.
The bookings website now loads more smoothly, with fewer spinners and no flash of the wrong tile image.
We have polished how the bookings website appears while content loads.
- Remaining spinners have been replaced with loading placeholders.
- Home tiles no longer flash a default image before the centre's own image appears.
Activities V2 improvements
Cancelling a course or camp now sends one cancellation email and one credit email covering the whole booking.
Customers who cancel a course or camp booked as a whole previously received a separate pair of emails for every session.
- One cancellation email now lists all the sessions in the booking.
- One credit email now shows the total amount credited.
