Introducing Online Account Linking for existing accounts
🚀 What is new
- Users can send a link request to another member using their Customer ID and last name or email.
- The user can choose their role in the group: Admin or Dependent.
- Once linked, the owner can manage bookings and memberships on their behalf; once the user has accepted the request.
- Three new email templates which can be configured for the end user journey.
🎯 What's in it for your members
- If someone in their household already has their own Flow account, they can link it to your group online, without visiting reception.
- The person invited approves the request before anything is linked, so both people stay in control of their accounts.

Keeping accounts secure: managing login sessions
🚀 What is new
Both your staff and your members can now see everywhere they are signed in and sign out any session, and sessions expire automatically for added security.
For your staff
- View and manage your login sessions from the staff area: see when each session started, when it was last used, and basic device or location information, and sign out any session you do not recognise.
- Automatic sign-out: for security, staff are signed out after 60 minutes without activity, or 12 hours after signing in.
For your members
- View and manage login sessions from My account: see where they are signed in and sign out any session they do not recognise.
- Automatic sign-out: for security, customers are signed out after 7 days without activity, or 30 days after they signed in.

Fixes & reliability improvements
- Front of House: Improved the reliability of recording customer attendance at the front desk.
- Activities V2: Resolved an issue where customer attendance did not always save on the first attempt.
- Activities V2: Restored the date and time of sessions to your printed rosters.
- Activities V2: Fixed an issue where customers were unable to book sessions despite having a valid waiver on their account.
- Activities V2: Restored the preset hour options for cancellation windows within templates.
- Membership Management: Fixed the Bulk Adjustments tool so all membership price updates are applied correctly.
- Online Account: Updated the Refer a Friend section so members can clearly see the rewards they will receive for inviting friends. Learn more
