Introducing Membership Referrals
Membership Referrals lets you run a refer-a-friend programme where existing members share a unique referral code with friends. The referred customer receives a discount at checkout, and the referrer earns a reward. You can have one active referral promotion at a time.
🎯 What's in it for your members
- Exclusive discount for every friend they refer
- Rewards for the referrer when their friend joins
- A simple, shareable link - no friction, no hassle
⚡️ How it works
- Your admin sets up and configures a referral campaign: Promotions > Membership Referrals
- Every member gets a personal referral code, found under the 'Referrals' tab online on their account
- Friends sign up with the code and receive an exclusive discount - Auto applies when they click through the shared link
- The member who referred them? They get rewarded too with membership credit or a custom reward
Please contact OpenPlay to enable this sub-module.
