Third-Party Integrations:
We have introduced two new integrations which allow invoices to be created for Block bookings in Xero and Microsoft Business Central.
This integrations enable you to:
- Authenticate seamlessly
- Create contact records for customers who require an invoice
- Create invoice records for those customers

Activities V2 Enhancements:
We have introduced new ways to filter and sort your templates within Activities V2, making it much easier to manage your workflows.
- Organise with ease: You can now sort and filter your templates by category, helping you find exactly what you need in seconds.
- Smoother browsing: The list now uses pagination, ensuring the page loads quickly and remains responsive even as your collection of templates grows.
- Improved categorisation: We have updated our systems to ensure all available template categories are easy to find and select.
The Activity template search now searches against the "Name" and "Internal Reference" of templates making it easier for you to find the relevant templates:

We have simplified and reordered the schedule settings for block bookings in Activities V2 to make managing your sessions even easier.

Credit Improvements:
We have introduced a new 'Adverse Weather' credit reason to provide you with more flexibility when managing refunds.
Waitlist Improvements:
- Fixed an issue in Activities V2 where a waitlist option appeared for fully booked activities even when waitlists were disabled.
- We have updated Activities V2 to ensure waitlist information is displayed accurately for both staff and members.
- We have resolved several display issues within the Activities V2 waitlist to ensure both staff and members can view accurate booking information.
- Fixed an issue in Activities V2 where waiting lists would occasionally appear empty despite having customers enrolled.
- Fixed an issue in Activities V2 where the waitlist button did not update correctly after being clicked.
- Added more flexibility to Waitlists in Activities V2 to provide full control when adjusting waitlist sizes to allow values less than 5.
Performance Improvements:
- Fixed an issue where updates to payment mandates within Flow Pay were not being saved.
- We have fixed an issue where scheduled report emails displayed the incorrect sender name.
- We have updated our billing system to ensure that all Direct Debit collections strictly follow your authorised payment dates.
- We have added a reactivation date to the membership timeline to show exactly when a suspension was resolved.
- We have introduced enhanced accessibility testing to ensure our platform is inclusive and easy to use for everyone.
- Fixed an issue where the time filter on the online timetable was not updating correctly for Activities V2.
- Fixed an issue ensuring the total price is displayed clearly without any visible code on a mobile viewport.
- Fixed an issue to allow you to successfully add pricing options with age restrictions to your ticketed templates in Activities V2.
- Fixed an issue that was preventing guest passes from registering correctly at access control points.
- Fixed an issue where updates to camp or course capacities were not always reflected across all future sessions.
- Fixed an issue where the menu used to switch between group members was hidden on mobile screens.
- Fixed an issue that prevented you from previewing updated dates and times when editing a resource schedule in Activities V2.
- Fixed an issue where a "Something went wrong" message was displayed when navigating back to the booking tab from a course or camp details page in the Front of House dashboard.
API changelog
We have two new endpoints in the Flow API for membership referrals with the Promotions module:
- New Flow API collection for Membership Referrals
- New API endpoint GET /membership-referrals
- New API endpoint GET /users/{user_id}/referral-code
These endpoints will allow integrations with membership referral promotions, such as “refer a friend”.
- Fixed a bug that prevented membership type information from loading correctly for some API users.
- We have updated our API responses for camps and courses to ensure consistent data across all bookable activities.
- We have refined the information returned for camps and courses to align with our standard bookable session format.
- This improvement ensures a more consistent experience when retrieving activity details, making it simpler to manage and display bookings via the API.
