How to create a quick button?

This guide walks you through creating a Quick Button for fast and easy purchases on the front-of-house dashboard.

Note: Before creating a Quick Button, ensure that a Point of Sale (POS) Pricing Option has been set up for the item you intend to sell via the Quick Button.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Create a Quick Button

1. From the Home page, navigate to the System Configuration module.
   
   
   
   

2. Select the Quick Buttons option.
   
   
   
   

3. Click Create New Quick Button at the bottom of the page.
   
   
   
   Complete the following fields:

   • Name: Enter the name you’d like displayed on the Quick Button.
   • Colour: Choose a color to categorize your Quick Button.
   • Type: Specify the type of purchase (select Pricing Option).
   • Pricing Option: Search for and select the pricing option you want to offer through the Quick Button.
     
     
     
     

4. Click Create to finalize your Quick Button.
