This guide will show you how to manually approve or reject an eligibility document uploaded by a customer. This process requires staff intervention to verify the documents before the customer's membership status can transition from 'Pending' to 'Active.'

Access the Membership Module
- From the home page, navigate to the Membership module.

Open Eligibility Management
- Click on the Eligibility Management button.

- Select the Eligibility Approval button to manage pending eligibility requests.

Locate the Customer
- In the Pending tab, use the search bar to find the customer by entering their Name, Email, or Reference Number.

View the Document
- Once you have located the customer, click on the View Document button on the right side of the page to review the uploaded documentation.

Approve or Reject the Document

After reviewing, choose to either Approve or Reject the document:
- If rejecting, select a Rejection Reason from the dropdown list. This reason will automatically be sent to the customer, explaining why their document was rejected.

To create a New Rejection Reason, navigate to Eligibility - Rejection Reason.

Finalize the Status
- Once you have approved or rejected the document, it will move to either the Approved or Rejected tab. This allows you to easily locate documents based on their status.

Note:
You can also upload a proof document on behalf of a customer at the Front of House (FOH) or approve a physical proof document directly at FOH.
