How to Approve an Eligibility Document in Person at the Front of House (FOH)

This guide will show you how to approve an eligibility document that a customer presents in person, rather than uploading it online. While customers have the option to upload their eligibility documents online, some may prefer to present them directly at the front desk if they are not comfortable using computers. You can upload an eligibility document for them.

Note:
This in-person approval feature is disabled by default, but it can be enabled for specific users if needed. You may also restrict this functionality for those who should not have access.

 

With this guide, you can efficiently approve eligibility documents presented in person, ensuring that memberships are promptly updated.

 

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Locate the Customer Profile

  2. Access the Membership Tab

    • Navigate to the Membership tab and locate the membership that requires proof of eligibility.

  3. Manage Membership

    • Click on Manage Membership.

  4. Approve Eligibility Document

    • On the right-hand side, click on Approve an Eligibility Document.

  5. Enter Document Details

    • Select the Document Type and enter the Date.
    • Confirm that you have verified and approved the customer's proof of eligibility by checking the relevant box.
  6. Finalize Approval

    • Click on Approve Eligibility at the bottom right corner to complete the process.
