How to configure your Facility's Opening Times?

This guide explains how to configure opening times for your facility and its resources. You can set specific opening hours for each resource, as long as they fall within the parent facility's operating hours. Please note that global opening times are fixed and cannot be modified.

By following these steps, you can manage your facility’s opening times effectively, ensuring resources are available to customers while minimizing scheduling conflicts.



Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Opening Times Settings

  1. From the Home page, go to the Facilities module.

  2. Within the Facilities module, select Opening Times.

2. Select Your Facility

  1. Choose the facility you wish to update.
  2. If you’re setting hours for a specific resource, select the parent facility first, then navigate to the desired resource.

3. Configure Opening Times

  1. Select the day of the week you want to adjust.
    • Leave fields blank to use default global opening times.
    • To close the facility on a specific day, check the Closed option.
  2. If necessary, apply these settings to specific resources, ensuring they remain within the parent facility’s open hours.

Note: If you update the facility's general opening times later, any resources with earlier hours will need to be updated individually.

4. Preview Changes

  1. Once you’ve made your adjustments, click Preview (bottom left).

  2. The system will show any scheduled bookings or activities affected by the new times.

    • If customer bookings are impacted, they will be automatically canceled, and customers will receive email notifications.

5. Apply or Cancel Changes

  1. Review the list of affected time slots by clicking View.
  2. If satisfied with the changes, click Apply. To discard the changes, click Cancel.

Your facility’s opening times are now configured. Adjustments will take effect immediately, and any affected customers will be notified.
