In this guide, we will show you how to enable the Membership Functionality online and offline for each facility.
Enabling the online membership functionality will allow customers to select and view this facility on the online joining application.
Enabling the offline membership functionality will allow staff to select and view this facility when selling memberships via FOH.

Step by Step Guide
Have you created a Facility yet? If not, please refer to our Create a new Facility guide
1. From the home page, got the Facilities module
2. Select the Facility you wish to enable this functionality for and click on Edit
3. Scroll down to the bottom to see the functionality options
A) Enable online membership functionality
Select Yes and click on Save
B) Enable offline membership functionality
Select Yes and click on Save
