Step-by-step Guide

Access the Time Bands Section
- From the home page, navigate to the System Configuration Module.
- Select Time Bands from the menu.
- From the home page, navigate to the System Configuration Module.

Create a New Time Band
- Click on Create New Time Band.
- Enter a name for the Time Band.
- Click Save to confirm.
- Click on Create New Time Band.

Manage Time Spans
- Locate the Time Band you created.
- Click Manage Spans on the right-hand side.

Create a Time Span
- Click on Create a New Time Span.
- Fill in the required details:
- Start Date (Optional): Specify the date when the Time Span becomes effective.
- End Date (Optional): Specify the date when the Time Span ends.
- Day: Choose the day(s) of the week the Time Span applies to.
- Start Time: Enter the start time for the Time Span.

End Time: Enter the end time for the Time Span.
- Click Save to finalize the Time Span.
- Click on Create a New Time Span.

Repeat as Needed
- Add additional Time Spans to the Time Band, if required.
- Each Time Band can include multiple Time Spans to cover different time periods.

- Use clear and descriptive names for your Time Bands to ensure easy identification.
