Advanced view of timetables

Summary

FLOW provides the capability to adjust specific configurations governing the lead time for logged-in customers and members to navigate and book future classes, as well as ad hoc or Fast Ticket activities.

For customers and members who are signed in, the system allows them to view and book ad hoc timetables and class timetables within a certain number of days in advance.

Additionally, for anonymous users, non-members, and members alike, FLOW enables setting the lead time for selling Fast Ticket activities both through the front-of-house system and online platforms.

  • Advance view of ad hoc timetable (Customers/Members): This applies to signed-in customers.
  • Advance view of class timetable (Customers/Members): This applies to signed-in customers.
  • 'Advance view of online activity timetable (Anonymous customers)': This applies to logged-out customers.
  • How many days in advance can the Fast Ticket activity be sold via FOH: This applies to Anonymous, Non-members and Members.
  • How many days in advance can the Fast Ticket activity be sold online: This applies to Anonymous, Non-members and Members.

In this guide, we will show not only how to configure these settings but also where they can be overridden.

 

Step-by-step guide

  1. From the home page, go to the System Configuration module.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Go to Manage Settings.

  4. Select 'Activities' from the dropdown category.

  5. Search for the settings below and click on 'Edit' for each.

    'Advance view of ad hoc timetable (Customers/Members)'
    'Advance view of classes timetable (Customers/Members'
    'Advance view of online activity timetable (Anonymous customers)'
    'How many days in advance can the Fast Ticket activity be sold online'
    'How many days in advance can the Fast Ticket activity be sold via FOH'

  6. Enter the desired value and click on 'Save'. Repeat for each setting.

  7. Group & Facility Override
    You override each of these settings at Facility level or at Group level. For the latter, you will first need to create a Setting Group.
    To configure it, simply click on the Group or Facility tab and select the Group/Facility you wish to set the override for, click on 'Edit' and repeat step 6.

Each of these settings can also be overridden in different modules.

The 3 settings below can all be overridden on the Fast Ticket Activity Template and Fast Ticket Activity Schedules.

  • 'Advance view of online activity timetable (Anonymous customers)'
  • 'How many days in advance can the Fast Ticket activity be sold online'
  • 'How many days in advance can the Fast Ticket activity be sold via FOH'

See the override hierarchy below - The Fast Ticket schedule will override all.

The settings below can only be overridden for customers who have a membership via the membership group.

'How many days in advance can the Fast Ticket activity be sold online'
'How many days in advance can the Fast Ticket activity be sold via FOH'


The membership group will override all.
