How to configure a Cancellation Fee Pricing Option

Summary

This inbuilt option charges a fee for late cancellations. While the fee amount can be adjusted, new options cannot be created.

If you wish to adjust the amount, please follow the steps below.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. From the home page, navigate to the Pricing Options Module.
   
   
2. Within the Pricing Options Module, select the Pricing Options submodule.
   
   
3. In the search tab, type in 'Cancellation Fee' and click on on the 'search' button.
   
   
4. Once you have located the pricing option, click on 'Manage' on the right hand side.
   
   
5. Go to the Pricing Tab.
   
   
   
   
6. Click on 'Edit'.
   
   
   
   
7. Enter the new desired value. If you want to wave the fee, enter '0'.
   
   
   
   
8. Repeat for other centers or groups as necessary.
   
   
   
   
9. Adjustment Tab (Optional and can typically be ignored for the Cancellation fee).
   
   You can create pricing adjustments at the Global, Group, or Facility level based on criteria like membership, age, timebands, or dates. Please refer to the adjustments guide for detailed instructions.
   
   
10. Usage Type (Ignore for the Cancellation Fee Pricing Option).
