Introducing linked inductions
🚀 What is new
- Activity templates can now recognise more than one induction. You can link Pre-purchase inductions so that completing any of the linked inductions lets a customer book.
- In a Pre-purchase induction restriction, a new section lets you set Covers the following restriction(s) and see Also covered by.
- Search for and link other Pre-purchase inductions, view a linked restriction, or remove a link.
🎯 What's in it for your members
- Customers who have completed a higher or equivalent induction no longer need to repeat a specific one before they can book.
- The customer experience is unchanged: they still see a single induction to complete.

Improvements
A faster, smoother online booking journey
- The booking app starts up more quickly.
- Loading placeholders now appear while content is on its way, so pages feel more responsive.
- Wider add to basket windows make choices easier to read on more screen sizes.
- The timetable no longer reloads unnecessarily after adding an item to the basket.
Resource timeline ordering
- Resources on the timeline now sort by name and number, so items such as Court 2 and Court 10 appear in the order your team expects.
Faster bulk membership adjustments
- We have improved how bulk membership adjustments are applied, so large price changes complete faster and more dependably.

Fixes & reliability improvements
- Activities V2: Fixed an error that appeared when creating a camp activity template. Learn more
- Activities V2: Resolved an issue where the facility calendar could time out when opening an activity.
- Front of House: Price overrides entered at the Front of House are now applied correctly, so customers are charged the amount your team has agreed.
- Activities V2: Pre-purchase inductions now link correctly to their activity category, so customers who have completed an induction can book as expected. Learn more
- Activities V2: The custom question form now opens empty when creating a new question, so values from a previous edit are no longer carried over. This applies to both Activities V1 and Activities V2.
- Activities V2: Renaming a resource now updates its bookings correctly, so nothing is left attached to the previous name on your timeline.
